If you have recently had a new baby, congratulations! Like many new parents, you may want to keep a journal or log of all the important details of you baby's activities: when baby sleeps, when and what baby eats, and when baby poops. As your baby grows. you can add to this journal with information about your baby's play and other activities. Initially, keeping track of this information can be helpful when discussing your baby's progress with your doctor - eventually, it may form an important keepsake record of your child's early years.
